The United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) – has issued a new report called Our Nutrient World.

People in the rich world should become “demitarians” – eating half as much meat as usual, while stopping short of giving it up.

The UN scientists said people in poor countries should be allowed to increase their consumption of animal protein, which billions of people are lacking. But if that is so as not to cause environmental harm, the move to meat in the developing world must be balanced with a reduction in the amount consumed in developed countries.

In the foreword to this report, Achim Steiner, the head of UNEP, says that “swift and collective action” is necessary.

Control food, control people. Forbid people to obtain their own food by hunting, fishing, or small-scale farming. Only then do you sieze control of the food supply in the name of "social justice" and "fairness". When people are starving, most will give up their rights in order to be able to eat.

Now I can understand why people want to give him the benefit of the doubt (a testament to Burlew’s writing, Malack is such a Nice Guy, after all!), but than I ran into this comment, which is such a perfect example of damaged-amygdala, multi-culti, embrace-the-monster Liberal Nonsense that I was driven to post about it (click to see the fully-zoomed image):

The Spearhead - False Conviction Rate for Rape Historically Higher than Claimed False Accusation Rate

What’s valuable about this study is that it proves: 

1. False rape acusations are not rare
2. Rape is not difficult to prosecute
3. Rape has the highest wrongful conviction rate of all violent crimes

These are all in direct contradiction to what feminists would have us believe. They claim that rapists get off the hook all the time, women rarely make false accusations, and prosecutors are handcuffed in rape cases. All lies that directly contribute to putting innocent men in prison. 

The only conclusion one can draw from this is that feminists have no concept of justice, and no problem with harming innocent men. They are, to put it simply, waging war against men. Allowing feminists to have any authority over men’s lives was a terrible mistake. Removing them from power should be our first order of business.

Two weeks ago, Wal-Mart stunned the world when a leaked memo discloses that February sales had been a "total disaster" and the company was facing the worst February start since 2006. Today, Bloomberg's deep throat in Bentonville strikes again, as a new leak emerges. "Wal-Mart Stores Inc (WMT), already struggling to woo shoppers constrained by higher taxes, is “"getting worse" at keeping shelves stocked, the retailer’s U.S. chief told executives, according to minutes of an officers’ meeting obtained by Bloomberg News. "We run out quickly and the new stuff doesn’t come in," U.S. Chief Executive Officer Bill Simon said, according to the minutes of the Feb. 1 meeting. Simon called “self-inflicted wounds” Wal-Mart’s “biggest risk” and said an executive vice president had been appointed to fix the restocking problem, according to the minutes."

So even as the market completely ignored the Wal-Mart revenue issue, which is "getting worse", the bigger problem is that now it appears to be affecting the company's supply-chain, which likely means that all of WMT's upstream vendors are suffering from the same malaise that has gripped all those entities that still rely on such historical trivia as profitability and cash flow.
