Government cheese entered the bank account of this penniless student, government cheese left it. While others laugh and sing and dance and play their couple of hundred dollars' worth of cheese from the Budget away, I'm buying some good old-fashioned dead tree books.

Have you read 'the long emergency'? same kind of idea, pretty good read about a lot of things (he doesnt mention economic implosion from fiat though)
